Sales Tax
8.625% Sales Tax will be added to New York State Residents order totals.
Credit Cards
Visa, Master Card and Discover rules and regulations clearly state that only the card holder can place an order. If you have American Express you can leave home without it...Orders will be shipped to billing address or Alternate billing address only!!! (alternate billing address must be registered with your credit card company). We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. We use Address Verification System to match credit cards to billing address to protect all parties involved. It's extremely important that you'll furnish us your billing address at the time of the order. Your failure to comply with these request may delay or cause your order not to be processed at all. Certain items are available as Special Order only and are charged to your card at the time of the order and can not be cancelled.

Returns
Just in case...an item turns to be a "paper weight" (does not function properly) following proper use and installation, that means always read and follow manufacturer instructions to the fullest. Do not fry, bake, dry clean, wash, kick or step on unless it's explicitly stated in the instruction manuals. If you "think" you can "do-it-yourself" Don't !. Give a professional installer a chance to earn his living, It helps the unemployment rate go down and you're still "ahead of the game", so please call our courteous customer service for an RA#(return authorization) number. Products must be prepaid postage to us (we stronly recommend to insure your returned produts) complete with manuals and parts in the original box and we'll pay postage back to you, if you live outside the US, you must prepay postage to us and share 50% of postage back to you. Do not send items without an RA#, it will be REFUSED! RA# must be clearly visible next to your name. Issued RA# are not proof of a received products, please insure and track your package to us.
Shipping
We exclusively use UPS for domestic and International shipments. There is a $3.00 handling fee per order and $0.55 per $100.00 declared value after the initial minimum fee of $1.75 for orders valued over $100.00, the first $100.00 are covered by the shipping charge, please be advised that this fees are assessed by UPS. Claims for UPS lost shipments can be only initiated 10 days after shipment and no refund will be issued before the completion of the claim process by UPS. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless your package was lost in transit!
International sales
At this time Carmedia Corp. accept credit cards orders issued by Japanese banks to Japanese customers only. Orders from all other countries must be paid prior to shipping via Wire Transfer to our account for the total amount include shipping as it appears on your order form (transfer fees are your responsibility).
No orders will be accepted and processed without these requirements.
We exclusively use UPS World Express Service for all international orders. Sorry, no exceptions. Transit time to most countries are 2-3 days.
As part of our International shipping discount, we already have discounted your shipping fee by 35% off the UPS published price and it reflects in the Totals of your order shipping charges, no other discount is possible and our customers DO NOT pay the mandatory Brokerage Fee assessed by UPS.
We are unable to quote taxes duties and all other fees applicable at your country, please consult you authorities regarding import fees in your country before placing an order. Once an order have been shipped it can not be stopped. If from any reason you are unable to pay these fees or and refused the package, and if we are able to retrieve the package, you will be responsible for all expenses accrued for shipping, retrieval and additional 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
