Payments
At this time Carmedia accept credit cards orders issued by Japanese banks to Japanese customers only. Orders from all other countries must be paid prior to shipping via Bank Transfer to our account for the total amount include shipping as it appears on your order form ($15.00 transfer fees is added to your order).
No orders will be accepted and processed without these requirements.
Shipping
Transit time to most countries are 3-10 days.
Customer are responsible for all taxes and duties fees, please consult you local authorities regarding import fees in your country before placing an order. Once an order have been shipped it can not be retrieved by us. If from any reason you are unable to pay the taxes and duties imposed by your country or and refused the package no refund will be issued.

Returns
All Returns are for repair only! Please call or email our customer service for an RA# (return authorization number). Postage must be prepaid to us and back to you. Do not send items without an RA#, it will be REFUSED! RA# must be clearly visible next to your name.
