Shipping
We exclusively use UPS World Express Service for all international orders. As part of our International shipping discount, our customers DO NOT pay Brokerage Fee and we also discounted the International shippings by 40% from UPS published price. Transit time to most countries are 2-3 days. Sorry, but we do not ship with any other carrier.
Taxes and Duties
We are unable to quote taxes duties and all other fees applicable at your country, please consult your authorities regarding import fees in your country before placing an order. Once an order have been shipped it can not be stopped. If from any reason you are unable to pay these fees or and refused the package, and if we are able to retrieve the package, you will be responsible for all expenses accrued for shipping and retrieval with the additional 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns
All Returns are for repair only! Please call or email our customer service for an RA#(return authorization number). Postage must be prepaid to us and share 50% of postage back to you. Do not send items without an RA#, it will be REFUSED! RA# must be clearly visible next to your name.
